 Local phone service - Ascension, LA and Livingston, LA parish customers
Residential customers: $8.45 per phone line
Business customers: $14.50 per phone line
 Local phone service - All other LA customers
Residential customers: $25 for the first line, $10 each additional
Business customers: $46 for the first line, $10 each additional
 Local phone service - All MS customers
Residential customers: $15.50 for the first line, $11 each additional
Business customers: $24.50 for the first line, $13 each additional
