EATEL Services Update

We hope you and your loved ones have safely weathered Hurricane Isaac. As an EATEL customer, we wanted to let you know that we were able to maintain services to most of our customers throughout the storm. Specifically, only about 2% of our customers reported any outages or issues with their EATEL services. As of today, most of these customers have been restored, and we are working hard to restore any remaining customers with service issues.

This performance is a direct result of:

1. Our all-fiber network, which is mostly underground

2. The hard work of our employees, who have been working daylight to dark to maintain and/or restore services.

However, if you and anyone you know are still experiencing problems with any EATEL services, please report them to 621-4288 or via our online trouble reporting form.

Once our restoration efforts are complete, we will resume installations for new customers. If you have a friend or family members who are still without TV, Internet or home phone service, please let them know if you were satisfied with your EATEL services during the storm. We are even offering a $50 one-time credit to any customer that refers a new customer to EATEL (simply have your referral mention the name on your EATEL account).

EATEL's call center (225-621-4300) will be open for business on Sunday from 1-5 pm and on Monday from 7:30 am-5:30 pm to receive any trouble calls and orders for service.
